I cannot overstate enough how beautiful Shreya and Kishan's wedding was! These two are so kind and genuine, and from the first moment they reached out to me, I knew I wanted to film their wedding. Shreya and Kishan have had mutual friends for a very long time, but it took a simple weekend at Six Flags with friends to finally spark something between them. Kishan will tell you that it was love at first sight that weekend, and while Shreya might disagree, she finally came around and agreed to go on a date with him. The rest was history. They were both willing to push through a long-distance relationship with Kishan living all the way up in Maryland. Their love was strong enough to last through it, and eventually, Kishan surprised Shreya at what she thought was a girls' day at a vineyard until he showed up and proposed to her.

They planned a beautiful fall wedding just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee at the lovely Views at Sunset Ridge wedding venue. Following in their families' tradition, they chose to have a traditional Hindu ceremony. It was an incredibly beautiful affair, everything about the ceremony and the entire day could not have been more perfect. They followed the ceremony up with a huge party of a reception afterward filled with an amazing dinner, speeches from their loved ones, and choreographed dances by friends and family. They wrapped everything up by flooding the dance floor late into the night. Overall it was such a perfect wedding day surrounded by the mountains of Tennessee. I was more than honored to have played a small part in capturing Shreya and Kishan's wedding and am so excited to finally be able to release the film!
