Emma Grace & Collin
Emma Grace and Collin grew up 20 minutes away from each other and never even knew it. Their families knew of each other, their grandfathers went to high school together, their aunts and uncles were friends, but the two of them just never happened to cross paths. That is until they both moved two hours away for college, and one Sunday lunch with mutual friends changed all of that. Little did they know at the time, but this casual lunch would eventually lead to changing everything for them. Just a year later, they finally started dating.
Jump forward just a little bit, and after dating for a while both Collin and Emma Grace were coming up on their senior year of college. They both wanted to do something fun to wrap up their last college summer, so they planned a trip to Biloxi for a day. Sightseeing eventually led them to a walk on the beach, when Collin asked Emma Grace to read a letter he had written. Before she could even begin reading the letter, she heard Collin say, "before you read it, I want to give you this." She turned around to see him on one knee with a ring in hand! Even though she knew it would be coming soon, Collin managed to completely surprise her in this moment, and, obviously, she said yes!
The wedding day was set for a beautiful fall afternoon on Emma Grace's family's land. They both wrote the most beautiful letters to each other and had a very emotional prayer together before the ceremony. Everything about the day could not have been more perfect: the weather, the loving family and friends, and the beautiful ceremony under the pecan trees. They even showed their love and willingness to serve each other through feet washing during the ceremony. Finally, they were married.
They wrapped up the night with an elaborate celebration at The Vault venue in downtown Brandon with all of their closest friends and family, delicious food, lots of dancing, and a sparkler send-off.
It is so very obvious how much these two care for, love, and respect each other, and every single aspect of their wedding day showed that over and over again. The most important day of their lives went exactly as they had dreamed, and it was such an honor for us to have played a part in it by capturing it all.
