I'm always amazed at how the tiniest little decisions, can change the course of someone's entire life. The stories of how couples met have always fascinated me in that regard because it's always full of moments like that. If one little detail didn't happen, they may have never even met. It's crazy how important those details and small decisions can be, and they always make for such a great story.

The first thing you need to know is that Ali and Brayden met on Snapchat. Yes, you read that right. Snapchat! After knowing who she was through mutual friends, Brayden thought he would shoot his shot and randomly send her a Snap one day. Well, at first that didn't seem to work out too well when Ali left him on read and didn't respond. However, after a few weeks, and a little involvement from their family members, Ali eventually decided maybe he was worth responding to. And the rest was history, they went on their first date that very night that she responded and immediately realized there was something special here.

After dating for a while, Brayden proposed, and of course, Ali said yes. They were married on a gorgeous summer day in Laurel, Mississippi, at the Gables. Fun fact, there was actually supposed to be a tropical storm come through that day, but instead, the weather shifted and gave way to an absolutely breath-taking sunset! (Again, those little details can change the course of everything!) They wrapped the night up with a huge party on the dance floor at their reception capping off such an amazing day with all their closest family and friends.

It was such an honor to have the opportunity to tell Ali and Brayden's story. Unique stories like theirs are the biggest reason why I love this job so much!
